Educational Background I received my BA from The University of Northern Iowa and my MS from Western Illinois University. I am starting my fourth year of teacher 3rd grade. Previously I have instructed students from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. AutoBiography I started my teaching career in Oelwein, Iowa. I worked for the Mississippi Bend AEA when I arrived in Muscatine, eventually joining the Muscatine Community Schools. I enjoy teaching and working with my students. I continue to be amazed at the new things I learn from my students. My oldest daughter graduated from the University of Iowa this past December and was married in June. My middle daughter is a senior at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. My youngest daughter is a freshman at Iowa State University.
